Our Complaints Process
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days, confirming that it has been logged, your case reference number, and the next steps.
Investigation
We will review job notes, subcontractor reports, communications, and any evidence provided. We may contact you for further information.
Resolution

Stage 1: Customer support review within 5 business days

Stage 2: Management escalation within 10 business days
Possible outcomes include clarification, corrective work, a refund, or no action where appropriate.
Subcontractor Work
CentraPoint uses independent subcontractors but remains responsible for managing complaints and coordinating any corrective action.
Time Limits
Complaints should ideally be raised within 30 days of job completion.
Unresolved Complaints
If you remain dissatisfied, we will issue a final written response and advise on further options.
